Bonding
i was wanting to go to church this morning but some how the alarm wasn't set or it just didn't go of and i woke up at 10;30 service starts at 10:30 i was a little disappointed but i soon got over it when i remembered that my brother lent me a Gibson Les Paul to play for a couple of weeks so i got to see what the difference is compared to a copy that i own the sound is different than my Tokai witch has hotter pic ups but the creamy sound from a Gibson after playing with settings and finding that one sound that resonates to your very being i then proceeded to turn it up to 2 not that it's quiet considering that I'm running a 100 watt half stack and i was quickly told to turn it down so i had to wait until everyone left to get a feel for the volume. I had told my daughter that we were going to hang out just her and me totally excited we went down to the forks to hang and i told her that we were going to record a song together we picked Cry Out To JESUS by third day it was a great time we had fish and chips from a place that wraps it in news paper so Ireland i had coffee and Ashleigh got a slushy blue i can't believe that even though she is 13 that she would want to hang with her dad for a whole day i soaked up every minute we got our recording and headed for home stopping at the mini donut's for a bag to go cant resist must have mini donut's eating and smiling all the way home we listen to the recording i don't know what i ever did to deserve a loving girl i am so blessed i can only hope that many other dads get the chance to spend quality time with their kids one on one we are planing a movie night or should i say I'm am planing a movie night as she has no clue i love to surprise her the excitement on her face move me simple things in life that make me happy my prayer is that dads every where will spend alone time with their kids i learn so much from the time together i know that she is a gift and a blessing from God thank you Jesus for guiding me on travels in faith until next time freedom Fridays.
