Finding My Way
i went to church this Sunday and was really touched by God i could feel his presence over me i know that his words were speaking to me it was like a tingling feeling over the top of my head and it flowed down towards my heart the sermon was on shadrack meshack abendigo and how they stood there ground for god and how the king was furious with them that he would have the furnace heated 7 x hotter than normal as the guards went close to throw them in to the fire they died from the heat and they fell into the furnace and have the holy spirit of God with them if not Christ him self walking with them amongst the flames the king leaped to his feet as he seen this and called out for the men to come out of the fire only to find that they were not harmed in any whey and he cry'ed out praise be to the God of shadrack, meshack, abendago, how is that for faith in god it got me to thinking would i have that kind of faith to die for Christ i can only hope and pray that when my time comes that i will stand tall for God in my last days the world kips us blinded by the lights or the scale's over our eyes to keep us busy with the trivial things of this life the more that we focus on Christ the more he attacks us different ways like getting angry with out kids our our spouses with the divorce rate on the rise in the churches we can certainly be coming close to the end times for the beast comeeth with wrath because he know his time is short. Praise be unto God almighty the giver of life abundantly a new home forever whilst this life pass away before my eyes strange and wonderful things that i will behold in the day's of eternity with Christ blessed be the man that knows the truth let him walk in upright stature for God is with him i hope that you have been challenged to examine your own hearts this day as God has opened mine until next time freedom Fridays.

it's great when we feel God in times like that hey! I am glad it was good for you being at church and that you were challenged. We need those times to help us continue to grow as followers of Jesus, good husbands and fathers. Oh, and let's not forget son in laws.
ReplyDeleteThanks james.
